This team is at the forefront of delivering cutting‑edge control smart factory solutions, and we want you to be a part of it Key Responsibilities Assist in the delivery and deployment of transformative digital engineering/manufacturing projects. Act as a liaison between product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Conduct detailed process analysis, workflow mapping, and gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business cases, user stories, use cases, and process flows.



Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. Perform data analysis to support business decisions and project objectives. Support all product owners in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Required Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analyst, preferably within digital engineering or Io T environments. Experience with Project Management. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions. Proven experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management. Experience in business process modeling, data analysis, and documentation best practices. Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and supporting solution validation.
