As a Country Head of Human Resources at JP Morgan within our Italy, Greece and Malta country coverage, you will set and deliver the end-to-end Human Resources strategy aligned to business priorities and the broader people agenda. You will advise leaders and partner closely with control functions to foster a strong risk and control environment, while proactively managing regulatory implications for people-related activities. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the end-to-end Human Resources strategy across Italy,



Greece and Malta in line with business priorities and the regional and global people agenda
- Partner closely with the Senior Country Officer, business leaders, and control functions (including Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Global Security and Investigations) to set priorities and deliver solutions
- Provide oversight for Human Resources services end-to-end across the covered countries, ensuring a scalable and sustainable operating model
- Collaborate with specialist Human Resources teams (such as talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, mobility, employee relations, and oversight) to deliver effective people processes and solutions
- Lead issue escalation and resolution by reviewing critical Human Resources processes with subject matter experts and driving timely remediation
- Lead and develop a small local team, and provide supervisory coverage for other local Human Resources colleagues as needed
- Consult on employee relations, leadership development, succession planni
