About the Role
The Working Student (m/f/d), CLC South, will support the day-to-day financial, administrative, and governance operations of the Italian entity, based in Rome. Working closely with the CLC South team, Headquarters, and external service providers, the role will contribute to maintaining accurate documentation,



supporting financial processes, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring smooth and compliant operations. This position offers hands-on experience in finance, administration, governance, and EU-funded project support within an international and dynamic organisation.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support financial administration, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and documentation management.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for financial, administrative, and governance documents.
- Assist with monthly financial activities, reporting, and audit preparation.
- Support administrative and governance activities, including meeting coordination and stakeholder communications.
- Liaise with external service providers such as accountants, payroll providers, banks, and auditors.
