Position
Support tender preparation for spare parts and maintenance services on rotating machines on contractual aspects
Analyze and evaluate transactional and long-term service tenders under contractual perspective in order to detect contractual risks, deviations from the Group policies.



Define the needed actions Analyze draft customer specifications and prepare comments or deviations to be submitted to the customers Draft contracts for short- and long-term maintenance services and provide support to Sales up to negotiation Manage business-legal correspondence between the company and customers and suppliers Manage relationships with consultants as lawyers and insurance companies
Requirements
Engineering, Economics, Law or comparable degree At least 5 years experience in proposal or contract management roles Excellent relationship skills Attitude to critical thinking, analysis and problem solving Planning and organization skills Ability in the coordination of multidisciplinary activities Fuent in English both written and spoken, a good knowledge of French, written and spoken will be a plus Previuos experience in energy sector is a plus Flexibility and willingness to travel abroad up to 30% of the time
