I am looking for a Front Office Manager for a luxury hospitality environment known for its high service standards, refined atmosphere, and strong focus on guest experience.
The environment is international, structured, and service-driven, offering the opportunity to work closely with experienced hospitality professionals in a high-standard setting.
Key responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Front Office team in daily operations Manage check-in, check-out, and guest service procedures Oversee reservations, room allocation, and daily reporting Handle guest requests, complaints, and VIP interactions professionally Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments Ensure consistent luxury service standards Train, support, and motivate front office staff Collaborate closely with hotel management on operational matters Requirements




Previous experience in Front Office or Reception Management in a hotel environment Proficiency in Italian is a must Strong knowledge of Opera PMS system required Leadership and strong interpersonal skills Structured, detail-oriented, and guest-focused mindset Ability to work in a high-standard luxury hospitality environment EU work eligibility required What we offer
