Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout our Five-Star Luxury Hotel.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Inspect guest rooms and hotel areas to ensure compliance with hotel and Forbes standards.
- Supervise, coach, and support Room Attendants and Housepersons.
- Ensure VIP rooms and special guest requests are prepared to the highest standard.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel procedures.

Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in Housekeeping preferably within a luxury or five-star hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality standards.




- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Guest-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
