The Role
As part of our international development, we are seeking a Partner capable of founding, structuring and leading the Milan office, covering a strategic axis: Lombardy, Italy's economic and financial center, and the broader Northern Italian industrial heartland.

This is not a representative position, but an entrepreneurial mandate: you drive the Group's development across your territory, cultivate relationships with executives and investors in the region, and build your own team as the office scales.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and develop the Milan office across the Group's three verticals
Represent the Group with executives, entrepreneurs, investors, family offices and wealth structures throughout the region
Identify and initiate opportunities in M&A;, strategic real estate and wealth
