We are currently expanding our commercial team and looking for experienced aviation professionals who want to grow within the global aftermarket sector.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, handle RFQs, and support aircraft parts and aviation aftermarket transactions.

This is a 100% remote, commission-only position with no fixed salary or monthly base compensation.

In return, Pace Group Aviation offers a high commission structure above standard market commission levels, providing strong earning potential for commercially driven professionals.

The ideal candidate understands the aviation aftermarket, knows how to build business relationships, and is comfortable working in a performance-driven international sales environment.





Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with airlines, MROs, operators, distributors, suppliers, and other aviation customers.

• Generate new business opportunities and actively develop your customer portfolio.

• Handle incoming and outgoing RFQs.

• Prepare quotations and follow up on commercial opportunities.

• Work closely with procurement and sourcing teams to identify competitive solutions.

• Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and commercial conditions.

• Support routine requirements and urgent AOG requests.

• Identify new aircraft parts, engines, components, and aftermarket opportunities.

• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and industry partners.

• Expand your professional aviation network and develop new accounts.

• Maintain accurate customer, RFQ, quotation, and opportunity information in the company CRM.
