We are seeking an IT System Administrator to join our IT Team and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Maintaining, configurating, and performing reliable operations on client and server systems, as well as network systems, both physical and virtualized;
- Installing and upgrading hardware and software components, managing and updating servers, integrating automation processes;
- Troubleshooting hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, assessing impact of issues;
- Providing documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new features or upgrades of IT infrastructure;
- Overseeing and/or performing backup and restore operations, implementing data protection processes, disaster recovery, and failover procedures;
- Managing and planning storage capacity and database performance;
- Planning and coordination of technical system-level interventions by internal and external staff;
- Implementation and support activities related to cybersecurity.
- Fluent in English;




- 3-5-year experience in system and network administration;
- Experience in database management;
- Working knowledge of virtualization (VMWare);
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols;
- Experience with scripting and automation tools such as ConnectWise Automate;
- Proven track record on developing and implementing IT strategies and plans;
- Experience with workstation management techniques and related automation;
- Knowledge of security, archiving, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols;
- Experience in cybersecurity-related activities;
- Technical diploma.
- The following skills are preferred:_
- Deep knowledge of Ms SQL Server;
- Microsoft or Linux certifications;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic AX;
- Previous experience in the manufacturing sector;
- Knowledge of cybersecurity issues and technologies;
