TheStrategy & Business Insights Specialist plays a key role in supporting thecompany's growth agenda and long-term value creation. Working closely withsenior leadership, the role contributes to strategic planning, businessdevelopment initiatives, portfolio assessments, growth projects, and executivedecision-making.
Theposition combines strategic problem solving, business analysis, and marketintelligence to identify growth opportunities, evaluate strategic options, andtranslate complex business questions into actionable recommendations.
The rolereports to the Head of Strategy & Market Intelligence.
YOUR TASKS
Support the development of strategicplans, long-term growth initiatives and business cases
Conduct strategic analyses on categories,brands, channels and markets to identify growth and business developmentopportunities
Prepare strategic recommendations and executivepresentations for senior leadership
Support strategic projects andcross-functional initiatives across commercial, innovation and operationsfunctions
Monitor business performance and identifyrisks,



opportunities and value creation levers
Translate complex analyses into clearinsights and actionable recommendations for decision-making
Build and maintain a structured marketintelligence framework across categories and geographies
Monitor market trends, competitivedevelopments and consumer dynamics to support strategic decisions
Manage external data sources andsynthesize insights into actionable business recommendations
YOUR PROFILE
2-3 years of experience in a top-tierstrategy consulting firm, preferably with exposure to FMCG, consumergoods, retail, or related industries
Experience in corporate strategy, businessdevelopment, or strategic planning within a leading FMCG company isconsidered an advantage
Strong problem-solving and analyticalskills and ability to structure complex business questions
Experience developing strategicrecommendations for senior stakeholders
Ability to combine analytical rigor withpr
