As a Field Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with restaurant partners throughout Tuscany. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping partners optimize their performance on the platform while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
This role combines account management, business development, consulting, and territory management in a fast-paced digital marketplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Account Growth & Relationship Management
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with restaurant partners across Tuscany.
- Increase partner engagement, retention, and long-term business value.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned restaurant accounts.
- Develop strategic growth plans for partner businesses.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities to expand restaurant participation and platform growth.
- Drive commercial performance through proactive account management.
- Increase partner sales volume and overall marketplace contribution.
- Support expansion of customer choice and restaurant coverage within the region.
Restaurant Performance Optimization
- Analyze partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Recommend strategies to:
- Increase Order Volume
- Improve Average Order Value
- Enhance Customer Experience
- Improve Operational Performance
- Increase Profitability
- Monitor business performance and track progress against objectives.
Partner Onboarding & Activation
- Support onboarding of new restaurant partners.
- Guide partners through platfor
