The BUSINESS HR EUROPE SPECIALIST will play a vital role in providing HR support and driving people-related initiatives across multiple countries in the Region. Reporting to the HR DIRECTOR EUROPE, you will collaborate closely with business leaders both from Retail and Head Office, and HR colleagues to ensure effective HR strategies and practices are implemented.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Contribute to the execution of HR strategies and initiatives across the region Europe, ensuring alignment with business priorities while fostering a distinctive and engaging employee experience;





Act as a trusted partner to HR COEs and business stakeholders, supporting the delivery of key HR programs (talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, Payroll) with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and brand culture;

Address the local deployment and adaptation of global HR policies, ensuring full compliance with local regulations while preserving the integrity and values of the Maison;

Support in the monitoring of recruitment processes for head office roles across Europe, ensuring a seamless and elevated candidate experience aligned with the brand’s standards and expectations;

Leverage HR data and insights to identify trends and opportunities, translating them into actionable recommendations that support informed, forward-looking decision-making;
