Meaningful Work From Day One

This is an exciting role within the Brown-Forman Italy Sales Operations team, responsible for support and coordination of internal processes & systems which are essential for effective customer management, sales efficiency and productivity.

The role includes support on customer and product data analysis and processing, administration for the Sales division and building relationships and working with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the development of business plans and strategy.

This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at Milan office and Fridays working from home).

This is a 6 months internship.





What You Can Expect

Assist in the processing of sales data and the generation of basic reports related to sales forecasts, plans, and budgets under supervision.

Support the preparation of preliminary analyses and data summaries for the Sales and Marketing teams, utilizing internal data sources (training provided).

Assist in maintaining data quality and consistency within sales planning efforts under guidance.

Support the coordination of basic planning activities with other functions within the B-F Italy Sales & Business Planning process, as directed.

Assist in the management of existing sales/promotional dashboards by extracting and organizing customer information.

Support the process of assigning and maintaining SKU allocation information in relevant systems (e.g., Salesforce, KAMs) under supervision.

Collaborate with Finance and Pricing teams to assist in monitoring spend and discounting activities,
