Role Profile
Position : Accountant/Finance Manager, Italy Services
Department : Group Finance
Location : Milan, Italy
Reports to : Europe Regional Finance Director
Salary Range : EURO 50,000.00 - 60,000.00
Purpose
The Finance Manager will have full ownership of the Italy Services entity (c.15 employees), leading all financial, payroll, and statutory activities.



This is a hands‐on role combining financial control, accounting, payroll coordination, and business partnering within a small, standalone entity environment.
Responsibilities
Financial Control & Accounting
Maintain full ownership of the general ledger and accounting records
Record and analyse salaries, including payroll postings and reconciliations
Manage fixed assets: capitalisation, movements, and monthly depreciation
Record purchase invoices, staff expenses, and ensure compliance with deductibility rules
Prepare and post accruals and deferrals (G&A; and other costs)
