Role Description
The Online Sales Medical - Italy role is a tempo parziale remote position focused on developing and managing online sales activities for Medestra ® within the Italian market. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging potential and existing healthcare clients via digital channels, presenting services, responding to inquiries, and guiding prospects through the sales process. The role involves supporting online marketing campaigns,



providing clear product information, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with marketing strategies and may assist in training clients on available digital tools and services.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Online Marketing skills, with the ability to drive and convert leads in a digital environment.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to handle client requests professionally and clearly.
- Experience providing Training or guidance to clients or colleagues on products, platforms, or services.
- Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, with strong cross-cultural communication abilities.
