BILINGUAL PRODUCTION ASSISTANT & DRIVER (FOOD-RELATED DOCUMENTARY / NON-FICTION) - ROME-BASED

About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile, proactive, and Rome-based Production Assistant / Runner / Driver

for an upcoming international food-related non-fiction/documentary project. You will support us from early pre-production through to the final shoot days.

Key Qualifications:
- Experience:

Proven track record in non-fiction, documentaries, or reality TV.
- Languages:

Full professional proficiency in both
English and Italian

(essential).
- Driving:

Valid EU driving license with confident experience driving
9-seater minivans

for out-of-town trips (no driving required in central Rome).
- Location:

Must be based in Rome.

Timeline & Commitment:
- Pre-Production:

Starting immediately (Tempo parziale / Remote coordination, flexible hours).
- Shoot Block 1:

September 11th – September 22nd.




- Shoot Block 2:

October 3rd – October 11th
*(Includes a trip to Naples/Sorrento)*

- Shoot Block 3:

November 2nd – November 8th.
- *Note: Shoot days will be long (up to 12 hours/day), balanced by lighter hours during pre-production.*

Compensation:

Please note: This position is open to freelancers with a valid VAT number (Partita IVA). Monthly flat fee (forfait) to be discussed based on experience. All travel expenses, accommodation, and per diems for the Naples/Sorrento trip will be fully covered by the production.
