Our Milan Office is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior QC Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Previous experience in an Inspection QCC role within the Energy industry is essential.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Candidate should possess a strong work ethic, be proactive in their approach,



and be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling client requests for the provision of quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), engineering, project support, site, and office-based personnel.
- Sourcing candidates to match client requirements and, where applicable, preparing candidates for interviews by providing project/commodity-related information.
- Liaising with clients on the proposal, interview, selection, and placement of candidates.
- Issuing successful candidates with information pertaining to their obligations, responsibilities, and deliverables for the duration of the assignment.
- Liaising with assigned Fulkrum candidates in matters relating to:
- Fulkrum contractual terms and conditions.
- Allocation of task-related documents (ITP, drawings, specifications, client-issued templates, etc.).
- Receiving, screening, and submitting
