Annual Gross Salary: 26,000 EUR (base salary c.c.n.l. commercio)

Responsibilities
Serve customers accordingly with the TOD’S values and selling ceremony;
Maintain strong product knowledge and create a storytelling aligned with brand;
Use effective sales techniques to achieve and exceed store sales targets and individual KPIs;
Maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and CRM,



in order to create a solid client portfolio and to build loyalty;
Keep the boutique organized, clean, and aligned with brand standards;
Manage and support team in daily operational activities on the sales floor (restocking, organizing merchandise, visual merchandising, physical inventory of merchandise, etc.);
Manage payments, returns, and exchanges;
Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Tod’s standards and policies.
Required Skills
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion/luxury retail companies (minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same role);
Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset;
Thinking innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways of creating tangible value and magic for the clients;
Excellent commercial awareness and client-oriented;
Deep passion and knowledge for fashion and luxury;
Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results;
High flexibility and ability
