Head of Connectivity - Investment Management Platform

In this role you will lead and scale the Connectivity Services function, driving faster client onboarding, 24/5 production support, and consistent, repeatable processes across a growing client base. You will partner with Product Management and Commercial teams to align the connectivity roadmap with client needs while managing third-party engagements. - Build and grow the Connectivity Services team to match growth and client volumes
- Increase onboarding speed by expanding team capacity and capability
- Scale production support for 24/5 coverage and client continuity
- Create repeatable, scalable processes across all clients for consistency and efficiency
- Establish a continuous improvement culture by monitoring SLAs and metrics and closing performance gaps
- Own and manage third-party engagements to meet client standards
- Serve as senior escalation point for connectivity-related client issues
- Support the commercial team with connectivity scope and delivery feasibility for new clients




- Collaborate with Product Management to map connectivity roadmap to client and operational needs
- Manage resources (people, budget, time) to deliver on time and within budget
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting team performance or delivery
- 10+ years of experience delivering services to enterprise software clients
- People leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Domain experience within capital markets and the Buy Side ecosystem
- Experience managing production support operations, including extended-hours or shift-based coverage
- Proven ability to design and implement repeatable operational processes across a client base
- Experience managing third-party/vendor relationships and engagements
- Comfort operating as a senior escalation point for client issues
- Established collaboration with Commercial, Product Management, and Operations functions
- Solid understanding of the technology industry and SaaS fundamentals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a big-picture focus
- Excellent collaboration and results orientation
