Posizione:

Assure guest satisfaction is met throughout the meal experience by providing efficient and courteous service
Maintain and up-date as required departmental filing system
Be certain that any matters relevant to guest satisfaction are communicated appropriately, allowing for corrective measures to be taken




Serve food and beverage according to guest’s needs & expectations
Make sure that tables are consistently cleared re-set according to reservation plans
Have clear and accurate communication with all team members
Respond promptly to guests and superiors’ requests
Make sure that the station is stocked and tidy at all times
Be familiar with the emergency procedures and be in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur
Maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external guests and relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organizations
Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required

Requisiti:

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
Previous experience in similar or related positions
Excellent communication and organization skills
Able to work calmly & confidently under pressure
