The Business Strategy office is in charge of supporting the BU’s top management in steering the strategic vision of Generali Investments, developing its strategic guidelines and leading the implementation of its key projects and all other growth initiatives.
The successful candidate will support the Business Strategy team in monitoring and supervising the implementation of strategic projects concerning distribution, product development, finance, HR, etc. In particular, he/she will support in:
- Steering strategic projects by supporting the senior stakeholders in defining the strategic guidelines and by coordinating meetings to discuss and prioritise new business initiatives
- Analysing the Asset Management Industry and assessing trends / opportunities in a data-driven way to provide internal stakeholders with insights and recommendations
- Managing cross-functional specific initiatives / projects with internal stakeholders and external suppliers (e.g.: PMO activity, …)
- Supporting the senior management gatherings through ad-hoc content development
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Management or Finance, with top grades
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; other languages are a plus
