Position
Role Overview
We’re looking for an Operations Manager (m/f/d) to coordinate and support partner-related activities across the organisation, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and consistency in all partnership processes.



You will act as a central point of contact for partners on operational and procedural matters, facilitating smooth collaboration and maintaining accurate and up-to-date partner records.

In this role, you will oversee partner onboarding and status management processes, coordinate the lifecycle of Project Agreements, and support call management and change request activities. You will also contribute to the monitoring and continuous improvement of project and portfolio management practices by developing guidelines, tools, and training materials. A key focus of the role is to enhance operational efficiency by standardising processes, improving transparency, and driving structured, scalable workflows across partner-related operations.
