Job Description
Lead the administrative, accounting and financial integration of the Group companies as part of the buy-and-build project. Design and implement a unified Finance operating model, standardising processes, policies and tools across the businesses. Select and coordinate the implementation of a new Group ERP system together with reporting and control tools. Develop consolidated management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and controlling processes to support management and investors. Ensure effective financial management of the business, with particular focus on project profitability, working capital and cash generation. Support the integration of future acquisitions, ensuring rapid alignment with Group standards and processes. Lead and develop the Finance organisation, building a scalable structure capable of supporting future growth. Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and investors, providing analysis and insights to support key decision-making.
