are responsible for all general technical minor repairs, structural repairs and necessary maintenance measures
check regularly the technical facilities of the hotel
coordinate all external facility management service providers
carry out painting and silicone work throughout the hotel
work closely with the corporate office in Munich and coordinate with the housekeeping team
supervise all regular maintenance and expert inspection
