The Role:
We are hiring a Senior NeoCloud Sales Director to own Spectro Cloud's go-to-market motion with NeoClouds and GPU-as-a-Service providers. This is a strategic, high-impact individual-contributor role for a seasoned AI infrastructure seller who understands how GPU cloud operators build, price, and sell their services — and who can drive both a direct sale (Spectro Cloud as the platform underneath their cluster) and a co-sell / OEM motion (Spectro Cloud embedded in their offering to end customers).




You will build the account plans, executive relationships, and commercial constructs needed to make Spectro Cloud the default control plane and inference layer for the NeoCloud category. Named accounts include Vultr, TensorWave, BitDeer, Firmus, and the broader universe of emerging GPU-native cloud providers.
What You Will Do:
• Own a portfolio of named NeoCloud and GPU-as-a-Service accounts end to end — pipeline generation, executive alignment, deal strategy, contract negotiation, and long-term account expansion.
• Run a dual motion: (1) sell TO NeoClouds — Spectro Cloud as the Kubernetes and AI platform powering their GPU fleet; and (2) sell THROUGH NeoClouds — Palette AI, AI Inference Launchpad, and Instinct Coder embedded in or co-sold with their offering to end customers.
• Build joint GTM plans with each NeoCloud partner: joint reference architectures, marketplace listings, co-branded inference
