In this role, you will be part of the DC UPS agile team . As a Product Manager within the team you will be responsible for profitable growth of your product line driving and contributing return on investment for ABB ' s Power Protection business . You will be part of the DC UPS strategy to market covering specific UPS product lines ensuring ABB has a full understanding of market requirements and transforming those requirements into offer specifications and development activities.
You will also showcase your expertise by performing various offer lifecycle activities a: supporting development, value propositions developments, driving successful launches, managing product maintenance, pricing, and profitability—while meeting aggressive cost-per-kW targets and sustainability commitments.

Understanding and following global standards, market and customer requirements, and their impact on the current offer portfolio.
Collaborate within the team and other Electrification teams in regards of DC developments and align products with technical standards to ensure a succesful DC UPS development.
Managing technical specifications for assigned products and supporting business cases for new developments, cost reduction, and lifecycle transitions.
Driving design-to-cost initiatives to achieve low kW targets without compromising quality or compliance.
Coordinating IEC/UL certification pathways, sustainability deliverables (EPDs, circularity), and preconfigured solution codes for priority regions.
