Your Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Management Engineering
Proven previous experience as SW Scrum Master, ideally withing a tech engineering company
Strong embedded SW backgrounds
Strong planning and task management capabilities




Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with agile framework; Scrum Master certification is a plus
Very good command of English; Italian and/or German are an advantage
