We are hiring for an EU Government & Industry Affairs Manager - Seeds.
Location: Rome, Italy.
The Government & Industry Affairs Manager will lead the development and execution of the company’s public policy, government relations and industry engagement strategy across Southern Europe. The role will strengthen the company’s reputation, influence policy outcomes and support business objectives by building trusted relationships with policymakers, industry associations, regulators and key stakeholders. This position works closely with business leaders, regulatory, legal, communications, commercial and sustainability teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Government Affairs
Develop and execute government affairs strategies aligned with corporate and business priorities.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with federal and regional government officials, ministries, parliamentary committees and regulatory authorities at high level.
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting the company’s business.
Provide strategic policy analysis and advise senior management on political and regulatory risks and opportunities.
Represent the company in meetings with policymakers and public institutions.
Industry Affairs
Represent the company in key industry associations.
Shape industry positions on priority policy topics through coalition building.
Lead company participation in working groups, task forces and public consultations.
Build partnerships with value chain stakeholders
