Technical Training Business Development Manager (BDM) – Trainocate Group (EnterOne) LATAM

Role Summary
Trainocate Group (EnterOne) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (LATAM) to drive growth across the Latin America region, focusing on driving Microsoft and AWS training and certification requirements.
The role will be responsible for expanding enterprise accounts, building strategic vendor partnerships, and accelerating revenue growth through instructor-led training, managed learning services, and subscription-based skilling offerings.
The BDM will work closely with vendors, enterprise customers, channel partners, and global delivery teams to position Trainocate Group (EnterOne) as the preferred workforce transformation and AI skilling partner in LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
1.



Business Development & Revenue Growth
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across LATAM markets.
Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for vendor training solutions.
Identify new business opportunities across enterprise and government sectors.
Build pipeline and drive new customer acquisition.
Expand existing customer relationships through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Partner closely with local and global sales teams to develop account strategies, drive pipeline generation, coordinate customer engagements, and achieve shared revenue goals across the LATAM region.
2. Strategic Account Management
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts.
Identify whitespace opportunities within multinational and local organizations.
Develop account plans aligned with customer digital transformation priorities.
Engage senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, HR, L&D;, and business leaders.
