At least 2 years of experience in a similar role and:
~Keep abreast of business developments, be familiar with the business processes and pain points of the area you are responsible for, and have a deep understanding of business needs.
~Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to accurately structure and describe requirements in writing, and communicate them accurately and promptly to product managers and development engineers.
~Excellent judgment skills, able to accurately assess whether product solutions meet business requirements, are complete, and align with daily business operations.
~Highly responsible, diligent, and capable of managing the entire lifecycle of requirements, driving cross-departmental teams to jointly implement requirements.
~Experience as a consultant for CRM, WMS, SAP, or similar systems; experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
~Proficiency in both English and local language as working languages. Chinese speaking is mandatory.
