An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the office team at Secret Travels, a boutique tour operator specializing in authentic small-group and private journeys throughout Italy and the Mediterranean.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Travel Concierge / Travel Administrator who is passionate about travel and committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing company where your contribution will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate bookings and maintain accurate tour records.
- Liaise daily with hotels, guides, transport providers, and other suppliers.
- Prepare travel documents and guest information packs.
- Monitor the quality of our tours and supplier performance.
- Ensure our overseas tour managers and local partners receive the support they need.




- Respond promptly and professionally to operational issues and emergencies.
- Assist with inventory management and office administration.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to support the continued growth of the company.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience with a tour operator, travel agency, or within the travel industry.
- Previous office administration experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- A genuine passion for travel and outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also enjoying being part of a small, close-knit team.
- Excellent computer skills and confidence using office software. Practical computer skills will form part of the interview process.
- A proactive, mature, and reliable individual who remains calm under pressure.
