We’re hiring a UI/Visual Designer to join our internal product design team and help develop clear, polished, and visually compelling experiences for our portfolio of commercial engineering software. You’ll be part of a globally distributed UX team that brings together diverse expertise across engineering, graphic design, illustration, 3D modeling, UX, and software development. Our dedicated UI and UX teams partner closely with engineering throughout the product lifecycle, helping build products from early concept through delivery.

Create polished 2D and 3D icons, pictograms, glyphs, and other UI artwork for commercial engineering software products
Translate technical, industrial, and engineering concepts into intuitive, visually clear interface elements
Apply established visual systems and art direction to produce consistent, high-quality design assets
Gather requirements from product teams and stakeholders to understand design needs, workflows, use cases, and constraints
Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, QA testers, field teams, documentation writers, and other stakeholders across multiple internal teams
Present design rationale clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback thoughtfully
Validated experience in visual design, UI design, illustration, 3D modeling, or a related field
Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craftsmanship, proble
