L2 IT Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an L2 IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for end users, IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide
L2 onsite IT support
for desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot
Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and common business applications
.
- Diagnose and resolve basic
LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity issues
.
- Perform
hardware installation, configuration, replacement, and troubleshooting
.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access-related issues.
- Handle IT incidents and service requests within defined
SLA
.
- Install and configure software, operating systems, and security updates.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with
L1/L3,



network, application, and vendor teams
for escalated issues.
- Provide onsite support for
new joiner setup, device refresh, moves/adds/changes
, and IT equipment deployment.

Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in
IT Support / Desktop Support / EUC Support
.
- Strong knowledge of
Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
.
- Good troubleshooting skills in
hardware, software, and networking
.
- Knowledge of
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/Wi-Fi
.
- Experience with
ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
.
- Good communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
- English communication required; Italian is an advantage.
