As the agency continues to grow, they are seeking a Performance Marketing & Looker Studio Analyst to lead reporting operations, ensure data accuracy, and build dashboards that provide meaningful marketing insights.

Role Overview
The Performance Marketing & Looker Studio Analyst will be responsible for managing reporting operations, building and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting internal teams with actionable marketing insights. The Performance Marketing & Looker Studio Analyst will collaborate with Media, Strategy, and CRM teams to consolidate campaign performance data into clear, client-ready reports while continuously improving reporting workflows and dashboard usability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with marketing data,



troubleshooting reporting challenges, and creating dashboards that drive better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting Operations
Own the monthly reporting workflow across multiple client accounts.
Manage reporting calendars and ensure reports are completed by internal deadlines.
Prepare initial reporting drafts for internal review.
Coordinate reporting deliverables across internal teams to ensure timely completion.

Looker Studio Dashboard Development
Build, customize, and maintain Looker Studio dashboards from scratch.
Connect and manage multiple digital marketing data sources.
Create reporting dashboards for new client engagements.
Support the development of presentation-ready reporting decks with data visualizations.
Improve dashboard usability, layouts, and visual storytelling.
