As a Maintenance Technician within the Facility team, this role is essential to ensuring the continuous and reliable operation of facility equipment and infrastructure. By maintaining systems at optimal performance and minimizing downtime, the role directly supports operational continuity, cost efficiency, and product quality - while upholding Goodyear’s safety standards. Through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety, the role contributes to a safe, compliant, and high-performing working environment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and infrastructure, ensuring reliability and continuity of operations.
Carry out routine maintenance related to buildings and utilities, including HVAC systems, electrical installations, and site equipment.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic,



and electrical issues in a timely and supportive manner to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal standards, and operational policies, while supporting external audits.
Participate in root cause analysis and support the implementation of corrective actions following incidents or equipment failures.
Maintain accurate documentation, manage spare parts inventory, and collaborate with Engineering and Calibration teams to ensure equipment continuity.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance or technical environment, ideally within manufacturing or the automotive sector.
Educational background in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or a related field, with strong exposure to HVAC systems.
Solid technical background in HVAC systems (heating and cooling), including hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting.
