Your role:

As a Team Leader Product Management Discrete Automation (PLC, HMI, IPC, Distributed I/O),



you will join our Digital Industry team in Milan, leading the product management activities and contributing to the success of our SIMATIC portfolio.

Your mission will be to drive product strategy, innovation, and lifecycle management while coordinating a team of product managers and collaborating closely with Sales, HQ, and key stakeholders to strengthen Siemens’ positioning in the manufacturing sector.

You’ll make an impact by:

Driving the Italian product strategy and defining a long-term roadmap aligned with HQ directives
Managing the performance of the assigned product and solutions portfolio through KPIs and business monitoring
Collaborating with Sales, HQ, and stakeholders to support business growth and customer success
Leading and developing a team of product managers (PLC, HMI, IPC, SCADA), fostering continuous improvement
Monitoring market trends, competitors, and technological evolution to ensure competitive posit
