Role Description The Order Processing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan. This position is responsible for accurately processing sales orders, managing purchase orders, and maintaining up-to-date order records in internal systems. The specialist will coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, resolve discrepancies, and support customers with order-related inquiries. Daily tasks include verifying order details, monitoring order status, updating documentation,



and communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end order management.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Order Processing and Order Management, with attention to accuracy and detail.
Experience with Sales Order Processing and handling Purchase Orders in a business environment.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with customers professionally.
Proficiency with ERP or order management systems and standard office software tools.
