We are looking for a highly motivated Climate Finance Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team working to advance climate adaptation and resilience through innovative financing approaches.
The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of the climate finance architecture, public and private investment mechanisms, and the challenges associated with mobilising finance for adaptation and resilience-building actions.
We are looking for someone who thrives in collaborative and fast-paced environments, is comfortable engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders—including financial institutions, public authorities, investors, and research organisations—and enjoys working across disciplines to address real-world adaptation challenges.




The role requires a highly organised professional with excellent coordination skills and experience supporting the development and management of complex projects and funding proposals.
This position offers the opportunity to help shape emerging approaches to adaptation finance and investment mobilisation while contributing to high-impact projects that inform policy, practice, and financial decision-making across Europe and beyond.
