The Social Search Manager is responsible for leading Lenovo’s paid social and search strategy across Europe META, driving demand generation, brand growth, and business performance for both Lenovo and Motorola portfolios. The role operates within the Media Center of Excellence (Media COE), partnering with local marketing teams, agencies, platform partners (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, etc.), and eCommerce stakeholders to deliver full-funnel media activation and measurable business outcomes.

- Develop Europe META paid social and search strategies aligned with business objectives, defining channel roles across the customer journey from awareness to conversion.
- Translate global and Europe META marketing priorities into local activation plans and drive integration across brand marketing, ACP, lead generation, and eCommerce initiativ
