BABYSITTER (m/f/d)
to strengthen our team
Your Tasks
Providing loving, age-appropriate care and supervision for babies and toddlers aged 0-3 years
Welcoming families warmly and managing registrations
Getting to know each child and building a trusting relationship with both children and parents
Supporting each child according to their individual needs, routines and habits
Planning and leading a variety of engaging activities such as arts and crafts, games, nature experiences and visits to our adventure farm
Creating a safe, caring and nurturing environment where children feel secure and comfortable
Maintaining cleanliness, tidiness and a well-organised childcare area
Your Profile
A qualification in early childhood education or experience caring for babies and toddlers
A genuine passion for supporting children during their first years of life
Empathy, patience and a strong sense of responsibility
A keen awareness of children’s safety and wellbeing
Creativity and enthusiasm for arts and crafts, play and exploration
A love for nature,



animals and spending time outdoors
Team spirit, reliability and flexibility
Good knowledge of English, German and Italian
