Director of Sales – Latin America (Mobile & IoT)
Location: Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Central America or Regional)
Remote with frequent regional travel.

Position Overview:
Foxx Development Inc. is hiring a true sales hunter to drive aggressive growth across Latin America. This is not a maintenance or account management role—we are looking for someone who opens markets, wins new distribution, and pushes product into the channel at scale.
Our business is fundamentally hardware-driven. Success in this role comes from the ability to sell devices (mobile & IoT), secure distribution, and drive sell-through—not just manage partnerships, sell SaaS, or lead purely solution-based sales strategies.
This is a product-driven sales role focused on physical hardware movement, including mobile devices, tablets, and IoT terminals. The priority is driving device volume through distribution: securing sell-in, managing inventory flow, and ensuring strong sell-through across the channel.
The ideal candidate brings deep,



hands-on experience in device sales, channel expansion, and distributor execution, with a proven track record of scaling revenue across multiple LATAM markets. Candidates must have real experience selling tangible products where success is measured by units sold, inventory turns, and revenue generated through channel execution.
Regional Scope of Responsibility:
The Director may be responsible for one or more of the following markets:
• Mexico
• Brazil
• Colombia & Andean Region
• Central America
• Broader multi-country LATAM expansion
Core Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation & Hardware Sales
• Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Drive high-volume sell-in and ensure strong sell-through across all markets
• Execute sales strategies focused on mobile devices, tablets, and IoT hardware
• Monitor channel performance and adjust execution to maximize product movement
