We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Country Manager – Air & Ocean with a strong commercial background in international freight forwarding and logistics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Air & Ocean business development, strengthening the existing customer portfolio, acquiring new clients, and ensuring account profitability.
The role requires close coordination with operational, financial, legal, and international network teams.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Portfolio Management
• Retain, strengthen, and develop the existing customer portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Acquire new customers through individual prospecting, networking, and business development activities.
• Promote new Air & Ocean services and commercial solutions.
• Define and implement the country commercial action plan.
• Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements.
• Lead tender and RFQ responses in collaboration with Front Office Management, Middle Office, and supporting functions.




• Participate in sponsorships, events, and other business promotion initiatives.
Customer and Operational Coordination
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures based on customer expectations and agreed service requirements.
• Provide Customer Operations Support with all relevant commercial and operational information required to manage customer accounts effectively.
• Ensure that Middle Office teams fully understand and validate customer-specific procedures.
• Communicate all customer commitments clearly to the relevant operational teams.
• Exchange commercial and business information with the international network.
• Provide Finance with all information and documentation required for account-opening procedures.
Financial, Contractual, and Profitability Management
• Monitor the creditworthiness of customers and prospects in collaboration with Finance.
• Monitor outstanding payments and support
