Description
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an experienced antitrust and competition lawyer to join its Global Legal team. Based in Europe, this role will contribute to the delivery of practical, business-oriented antitrust advice across a broad range of commercial and transactional activities, while also supporting global compliance initiatives and regulatory matters.



The position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of antitrust issues in a highly collaborative, global environment, with exposure to both day-to-day counseling and strategic legal projects.
Reports To: Global Lead Antitrust Counsel
Location: This role will be based in Europe, with a preference for Inchinnan (UK) or remote in UK or Western Europe.
Commercial Counseling
- Lead the provision of clear, practical antitrust guidance to business teams on commercial strategies and initiatives
- Advise on pricing, distribution arrangements, vertical relationships, and competitor interactions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders in identifying and managing competition law risks in day-to-day operations
- Drive consistent approaches to recurring antitrust issues across business groups

Compliance & Training
- Support and help drive the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the Company’s antitrust compliance program
- Develop and deliver training mat
