Our reach is big, and so are our dreams. For a multinational company operating in the transportation sector, we are looking for a Legal Counsel with proven experience in Labor Relations.
The successful candidate will report directly to the General Counsel Italy and will be responsible for managing legal matters in the employment law area, supporting the business in both strategic and operational decisions
Provide legal advice on employment law matters (both individual and collective) to support HR and management
Manage employment litigation and coordinate external law firms where necessary
Support extraordinary transactions (reorganizations, restructurings, transformations) from a labor law perspective
Draft, review,



and negotiate employment contracts, collective agreements, and company policies
Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and industrial relations regulations
Law degree and admission to the Bar
~5-7 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in employment law gained in reputable law firms or corporate environments
~ In‑depth knowledge of Italian employment law
~ Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
~ Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
~ Strong business orientation and ability to work independently
~ Experience in handling/supporting management of labor relations and companies’ reorganization

Experience in multinational environments
Knowledge of other languages
