For the next season, we are looking for a Pizzaiolo/a to join the team at our Pool Grill Restaurant team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.

He/she should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. The primary objective is to provide a friendly, attentive, and timely service and to create an exceptional experience for all our guests.

He/She reports to Executive Chef.

Main Duties & Responsabilities

Preparation of high-quality pizza dough, understanding different fermentation processes and ingredients.
Selection and preparation of fresh, premium-quality ingredients and toppings.
Expert handling of traditional pizza ovens, ensuring perfect cooking consistency and crust.
Crafting a variety of classic and innovative pizzas, tailored to a luxury clientele.
Maintaining impeccable hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) in your workstation.
Collaborating effectively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service flow.
Contributing to menu development with creative pizza concepts,



in line with hotel standards.
Ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient pizza station at all times.

Requirements

A range of 3 -5 years of experience as a Pizzaiolo, preferably in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants;
Demonstrable expertise in traditional Italian pizza making, with a keen eye for detail and presentation;
A deep understanding of premium ingredients and their seasonality;
Ability to maintain exceptional quality and consistency in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team;
A range of 3 -5 years of experience as a Pizzaiolo, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting;
HACCP certification;
A professional demeanor, passion for hospitality, and a commitment to guest satisfaction;
Proficiency in Italian is required; English language skills are a significant advantage
