The Test Supervisor will support the Testing Manager in the delivery of all electrical testing, energisation, and system validation activities across a large‐scale data centre project. The successful candidate will coordinate daily testing activities, supervise Test Engineers, ensure testing is completed safely and efficiently, and maintain the highest standards of quality throughout the testing process.

Testing & Energisation Activities Supervise electrical dead testing, live testing, and energisation activities
Coordinate daily testing activities in line with the project schedule
Ensure testing is carried out in accordance with approved procedures and safety requirements
Support energisation programmes and integrated systems testing activities
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues identified during testing
Team Supervision
Lead and supervise Test Engineers and testing personnel
Monitor productivity and quality of testing activities
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members




Documentation & Reporting
Review completed test documentation and ensure accuracy of test records
Assist in the preparation of test packs, reports, and handover documentation
Provide regular progress updates to the Testing Manager
Work closely with the Testing Manager, Commissioning Team, AP Team, contractors, and vendors
Attend daily coordination meetings and testing reviews
Support client witnessing activities where required
Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on site
Ensure compliance with site safety rules, permit‐to‐work systems, and electrical safe systems of work
Ensure all testing activities meet project quality standards and client requirements
Proven experience in electrical testing and commissioning on data centre, mission‐critical, power generation, or industrial projects
Strong understanding of MV and LV electric
