JOB PURPOSE

MSC Group’s Cruise Division is recruiting for its Cyber Security department a Junior Specialist Cyber Resilience.
The Junior Specialist Cyber Resilience contributes to the operational activities of the Naples Security Operations Center, supporting the monitoring, triage,
escalation and documentation of security events as part of the progressive evolution toward a 24x7 SOC operating model.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Cyber Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Monitor security alerts and events through the company SOC platforms, including SIEM and XDR solutions, with a progressive focus on Cortex XSIAM.
• Perform initial triage by analyzing logs, anomalies and reports in accordance with defined operating procedures.
• Identify false positives and potential incidents, collecting the required technical evidence.
• Manage escalations to the next levels, L2 and L3, in line with internal guidelines and processes.
• Document activities performed, evidence collected and actions taken in a structured manner.
• Collaborate with the internal team, senior specialists and any operational partners during the transition and knowledge transfer phase.
