The role is responsible formanaging complex travel itineraries, proactively resolving last-minute schedule changes and travel disruptions. /ph3Travel Organization /h3pUnderstand and collect Team Members' travel requirements. /ppProvide accurate support and advice on travel-related topics, including passports, visas, travel insurance, and international regulations. /ppManage bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and car rentals. /ppOrganize transportation to and from airports, racetracks, or other venues. /ppHandle travel-related issues, including changes, conflicts, complaints, and cancellations. /ppEnsure clear and timely communication to all Team Members traveling for both trackside events and business trips. /ppEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., visa requirements, passport validity, insurance coverage). /ph3Scouting and Negotiation /h3pSupport the Travel Manager in negotiating supplier contracts to guarantee the best quality accommodations at the most cost-efficient rates. /ppOccasionally attend races, test events, or perform site inspections as required (approx. 20 days/year). /ppMaintain and develop strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers. /ph3Professionalism /h3pDeliver a consistently high level of service with strong attention to detail. /ppKeep up-to-date and accurate records within the database.
