This role bridges operational excellence with increasing exposure to investor-facing activities. /p pYou will support investor communications, fundraising efforts, and maintain strong relationships with our investor network. /p pThis position is ideal for someone with solid operational experience in investor relations, fundraising, or finance who is ready to take the next step toward a more externally facing and strategic role within a dynamic, international environment. You will design and own processes and play an elementary role in rolling out a new set of CRM tools. You will interact with investors from day one and get involved in the closing of live deals. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pOperations Data Management (60%) /p ul liShape the rollout of a new CRM across a growing and dynamic organization /li liMaintain and update investor and deal data within our systems /li liOversee data rooms to ensure materials are accurate, complete, and well-structured /li liSupport onboarding of new investors and co-investors collecting KYC materials and NDAs /li liCoordinate with legal and internal stakeholders to prepare and distribute documentation /li liEnsure high standards of data accuracy, organization, and confidentiality /li liCommunicate with investors and support ongoing fundraising efforts for syndicated, deal-by-deal investments /li liPrepare and distribute investment presentations, teasers, reports, capital calls and other investment materials /li liCoordinate,
