This role also carries the product-management scope as there is no separate Product Manager for this platform /li liLead product discovery with business stakeholders: analyse business needs, identify the problems worth solving and turn them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional designs — owning the functional depth end-to-end /li liWork directly with the development team and tech lead as a peer, bringing business context and decision-making authority into the team rather than acting as an intermediary. /li liPrioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact and technical feasibility /li liCoordinate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives /li liWork closely with developers, architects, UX designers throughout the software development lifecycle /li liSupport solution design and validate functional requirements during implementationOwn User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the go/no-go decision for each release; /li liMonitor platform performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation /li liContribute to the evolution of an integrated omnichannel ecosystem serving B2B customers,



sales teams and customer care across multiple countries and brands /li /ul h3You are the person we are looking for if you have: /h3 ul liAt least 3 years of experience in a comparable role on complex digital products or CRM/B2B eCommerce platforms, with proven functional analysis expertise.
